Agua Fria History, Arts & Culture Center

In 2022, the Agua Fria Village Association and Reunity Resources received a grant from the Mainstreet New Mexico Frontier Communities program , enabling them to begin exploring the feasibility of building a multi-faceted community center in Agua Fria Village. The preliminary plans call for the “Agua Fria History, Arts and Culture Center” , to be located adjacent to the Nancy Rodriguez Community Center , across the street from Romero Park, and near the trailhead for the Santa Fe RIver Greenway Trail. We envision spaces dedicated to History and Storytelling, Exhibition and Performances, classrooms, a senior citizen center, a cafe and commercial kitchen, and a childcare facility.
